The problem is, it's not really practical. Because of the position of the front wheel, you have to lean way over the handlebars in order to get enough weight on the wheel to get the cycle to move at all.
Even then, you can't cut much grass.
About the only way to cut much grass is to get a run at it by starting on a sidewalk and then heading into the grass, as Eric is in this photo.
That's not a very practical way to mow your lawn.
